The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful activities.
No account is required to use the App. Optional cloud features may require authentication.
The App stores most data locally on your device. You can delete local data through in-app reset options or by deleting the App.
If you enable cloud sync, data may be stored on our servers so your progress can sync across devices. You can request deletion of cloud data via the App’s delete account feature or by contacting support.
The App and its content are owned by The Cosmic App and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cosmic App is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the text on this page.
